LIFTERA uses focused ultrasound energy to target the deep layer of the skin called SMAS (3 - 4.5 mm below the skin surface, where the facial muscles are connected to the upper layer of the skin). SMAS is where the natural collagen & elastin production of the body takes place the most actively.
The ultrasound energy causes the tissue at the SMAS layer to heat up rapidly. Once the cells in the targeted area reach a certain temperature, they experience cellular damage. The damage then stimulates the cells to produce even more collagen and elastin. Since the treatment targets deeper layers, the surface of the skin is not damaged at all(so it will not be visible)
The new collagen and elastin help improve the texture of the skin, making the skin firmer, tighter and stronger as well as giving the face a natural lifting effect. Vzet is an advanced ultrasound treatment that uses high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technology to lift and tighten the skin. The Vzet ultrasound treatment will soften wrinkles and create the appearance of tighter, smoother, more lifted skin.
The HIFU energy is delivered deep (deeper than lasers in general) down to the SMAS layer (about 3.5mm deep) of the skin. The 65˚C of thermal energy that is applied to the SMAS layer makes the skin contract and stimulate collagen production.
You’ll notice immediate lifting and continued skin tightening over the next 3-6 months as more collagen is produced.
Overtime, you’ll notice improvement in wrinkles and a lifted and slimmer jowl line for a more youthful appearance.

A thread lift is a procedure that uses a dissolvable suture for skin tightening & lifting. It’s a less invasive procedure than facelift surgery.
PDO threads are surgical threads made from a colorless polyester that breaks down in your body after about 6 months. These sutures in your skin help produce more collagen which helps with anti-aging.
